License Terms

Here are the License Agreements for the different Tiers

Note:  Despite online rumors, there is no watermark/HueForge Logo requirement for commercial prints.  I only ask that you display your Certificate Image (with Order # added as ID) somewhere that can be found on your online store.

HueForge is a "Household License" which means that you may install HueForge on any computers that reside where you reside, or that you have exclusive access to.

A Commercial license cannot and does not give you the rights to use someone else's IP for your HueForge prints, you must secure those rights yourself.  Horn & Rhode LLC is not liable for the IP you use when selling prints or models.

All licenses come with two years of updates. After that you may continue to use your version or pay a maintenance fee to receive more updates. You never need to pay again to continue using what you have or to redownload your last version.
